"Ambra Linens" is a registered trademark under Class 24 (Registration No. 5797386), the recordal of change in proprietorship in favour of the Company following its conversion from TNA Solutions LLP being presently under process. "TNA Solutions" is the subject of a pending trademark application under Class 24 (Application No. 7789507). All other names, logos and device marks used by the Company are used as unregistered marks and are protected under the common law of passing off. Nothing on the Website grants any licence or right to use any of our marks without our prior written consent.
Third-party names, logos and certification marks appearing on the Website remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only, as described in our Disclaimer.
